About Us

Hi, my name is Robert I grew up in southern California moved all over the country growing up. I started working out 7 years ago.  At first, I hated it like most people do, but then I fell in love with it. The biggest reason I love to work out is because of the amount of stress I’m letting off makes me feel much better than I did before the workout. I like the feeling of being free after the exercise. I was working out with people who looked like they knew how to, but following their instructions I got many injuries, and eventually reached the point that I could not perform a push-up. During my recovery, I read many books on working out and the mechanics of the body. As my knowledge and love for fitness grew my friends would tell me to become a trainer and that is when I enrolled into Intellitec College to become  the best i could be.
